- Apply two coats of ORLY nail lacquer or topper.
- Wait 2 minutes for lacquer to dry.
- Apply one coat of Shining Armor.
- Reapply Shining Armor every 2 to 3 days if desired.
- Will dry in less than a minute.
- Lacquer:
- Finish your manicure with high shine, fast drying, long wear protection.
- Apply your favorite ORLYⓇ basecoat to bare, clean nails and follow with two coats of your desired color.
- Apply one coat of ORLY Shining Armor Topcoat and let dry.
- Gel:
