   1. Once shampoo is applied and lathered on hair; leave on 1 to 3 minutes for optimal benefits.
   2. To reduce the overuse of product, depending on the length, start with one nickel size amount of shampoo and continue to add as needed to wet hair.

1. Apply conditioner to damp hair.
2. Rinse.
3. Tips:

   3. In extreme cases of weak, fragile hair; apply conditioner to ends of dry hair, for 5 minutes prior to shampooing and conditioning.
